- Our Hospice Care Consultation provides a uniquely focused space and time for reflection and planning.
- A one to two-hour at-home visit, where we delve deep into your pet’s medical history, quality-of-life concerns, crafting a personalized hospice plan to ensure pain-free comfort and dignity through their final days.
- An initial Reiki healing session and targeted acupuncture session is included.
- Expect a comprehensive month-long medical management plan and enjoy peace of mind with one month of unlimited communication with your doctor via text or email (during business hours)
- We are here to support you every step of the way and offer compassion in these precious moments. Consider reaching out to begin this gentle journey together.
- Administered and prescribed medications are not included and would be due at the time of service.
- Follow up at-home visits are not included and are an additional cost per visit. Cost is dependent on follow up care options including acupuncture, end of life consultation, and medications as needed.
